      Pros

      Gained experience working for a mobile startup. Increased knowledge about mobile apps and mobile technology. General business experience.

      Cons

      Unorganized internal communication. Didn't pay employees on time or at all. Chaotic work schedules and expectations ie conference calls at 9pm. "Too many chiefs and not enough indians" describes this company quite well.

      Liberated by location and desired times to work. Awesome project where I feel I am really changing the world

      Cons

      Normal startup issues, need a staff of 50 to do the work we are accomplishing.
