      Pros

      Good mission, clinical side seems well run as far as I could tell. Some great coworkers.

      Cons

      -Good aspects were outweighed by bad. I literally felt physically better once I was out. -Toxic/bullying behavior was tolerated -Unprofessional development dept leadership- gossiping, double standards -Lack of communication/ clear expectations, disorganization -Unreasonable expectations due to said disorganization
