Synonym for worst - Software Engineer CommunityForce Employee Review

Terrible work place with no scope for growth. I am surprised how this company exists. People who don't do anything and even don't know how to speak call themselves as architects and managers. The management can fire even anyone without a reason. Recently an employee with 6 years in the company was fired without a reason. God save the employees there and help them find a good job. Almost 90% of the employees in the company are looking for other jobs and are not even close to happy but will pretend to be satisfied. I have worked in many companies but being in communityforce is the worst that can happen to you.
