Pros
As a Director of Sales and Marketing who joined CLC just under 3 months ago, I've been immediately impressed by how the company truly embodies its core values. This isn't a place where values are just corporate slogans, they're genuinely lived daily by everyone from leadership down.
The remote work environment has allowed CLC to build a team of highly specialized professionals with deep expertise in their fields. This diversity of knowledge and experience is a major strength when serving our FQHC/Community Health Center/Healthcare clients.
I've felt valued and trusted from day one. I was supported by leadership to lead a half-day sales training course after just 2 months, demonstrating the company's confidence in my abilities and providing me space to create and define my position.
The benefits package is outstanding, with employer-paid health insurance, dental and vision coverage, retirement matching, PTO, and numerous other perks.
For prospective employees: if you value working with a mission-driven organization that treats its staff as capable professionals while providing the support needed to succeed, CLC is worth your consideration.
Cons
The only con I can think of is that I'd personally prefer a 401k option vs the current Roth option for retirement plan.
