      CSB is a relationship bank that cares about its customers. It also has specialized products tailored to fit its clients needs. The bank is very involved in its community.

      Pros

      Acknowledging of a job well done, get to meet great customers, interact with many different people. Provides a great work/life balance.

      Cons

      Little room for growth - not just CSB but every bank is like that, as there are only a few positions in branches.
