      Pros

      Everyone here is very welcoming and it really feels like you're working for a small company with amazing benefits. I feel fully supported and part of a great team.

      Cons

      I think some departments are afraid of change. I think this needs to be addressed and revamped.

      Pros

      -they will train you for anything they want you to do -very inclusive environment and very professional. -Training is very good, I have never felt off or lost in my job -Lots of opportunity for advancement -company is very responsive to issues within the company

      Cons

      -bus repair garage is short staffed, buses needing fixes are out of service for extended periods of time, leading to shortages of buses. -Drivers are very much on their own until help arrives if it is needed.

      Benefits, especially gym, physical therapy, yoga and ample vacation time.
