Pros

Small team atmosphere working collectively with other teams agency wide, decent PTO, health insurance, flexible scheduling, front-line workers actually care about treatment and wellbeing of clients.

Cons

Undesirable employee dynamics: inter-team communication is disjointed, useless competitiveness and ugly talk behind others' backs for the benefit of the fragile ego. The CEO is clueless and hates the color purple which people actually care about and make decisions to exclude the color simply because CEO finds it distasteful. During COVID, the CEO sent out weekly "thank you" emails agency wide to honor teams within the agency, but CEO left multiple teams out and even thanked some teams more than once. CEO was notified that he left some teams out but made zero effort to amend his error or honor said teams. Pay is laughable and company attempts to make disgruntled employees feel valued by hosting events without making sure all teams can fit in the time-frame the event is held. Last, the company mails employees letters asking for donations for the treatment of clients, which is disgusting considering how much profit the agency brings in by the front line workers, grants, and the ADM board.
