Pros
Very diverse workplace (with the exception of senior management) and there is an international dinner every year that showcases the variety of cultures within the work place. There is room for growth especially with the high turnover rates. Free training "Great" way to gain experience
Cons
No paid holidays - If you want to take off for ANY holiday (including Christmas and Thanksgiving) you have to use your PTO. Amount of work does not equate the amount of pay. They promise bonuses but put enormous restraints towards obtaining them. The senior management live in a bubble and have no idea the type of difficulties faced by employees and they are not willing to listen and make adjustments. There's an odd culture of throwing each other under the bus instead of working together to adequately solve a problem. It's actually encouraged, in a way. Senior management can be very condescending and disrespectful and it's insulting that some of them don't even have a Bachelor's degree. A lot of them were handed these higher positions due to personal connections. They undermine employees who are way more educated than they are. I doubt they care about the clients as much as they care about receiving money from the government.
