Pros

Clients are generally very sweet people and most of the staff can be helpful.

Cons

I worked at a CSN house for a year. Towards the end of my employment when I quit, I was accused of being in an intimate relationship with a client outside of the program by my supervisors, which was not true. They said that they would "do an investigation" on the relationship, to which they found nothing. They also told me that they would have me arrested if they saw me around the house, which they have no legal right to do unless I am on the property and causing a disruption. The staff also are very unprofessional; they would leave in the middle of the shift to grab McDonalds, get ice cream, or shopping for personal items. One of my coworkers would call her boyfriend and talk to him for over an out and my other coworker would play games on her phone. Meanwhile, I would get scolded for any work that was left undone because of my coworkers actions. I was also put on 1-9 shifts and then 7-3 shifts the very next day. I felt constantly ganged up upon because I was the newest employee out of all the staff; I was sent to run errands for them constantly.
