Wonderful Summer Job - Sailing Instructor Community Sailing Center Employee Review

Great community of employees, all of which are very passionate about what they do. Loved getting to spend the summer outdoors and helping members of the community enjoy the lake.

Hours were not the most flexible, and it was difficult to get days off if you didn't request them at the beginning of the season. Also was common to seem understaffed with the amount of patrons coming in.

Opportunity to work with college aged folks and young adults, outdoors, active, right in the community, improving access to the waterfront.
