      Great work environment and a wonderful sailing school with a great mission.

      Cons

      US Sailing certification sometimes requires travel! Make sure to sign up early for session in VT.

      Pros

      Great community of employees, all of which are very passionate about what they do. Loved getting to spend the summer outdoors and helping members of the community enjoy the lake.

      Cons

      Hours were not the most flexible, and it was difficult to get days off if you didn't request them at the beginning of the season. Also was common to seem understaffed with the amount of patrons coming in.
