hmmm... I'm not really sure how to answer that.

not near the salary promised. We agreed on a salary, this was based on number of sales expected. Though I exceeded everyone elses sales numbers- my quota was set so high, it was near unattainable.. I was said to not have hit quota, but it was never mentioned to the team that my quota was much higher than everyone else, so they could secure my position at my salary expectations... Thus a meeting and salary reduction was set in place. Know what you are getting into.

below minimum wage, this is by far the worst company I have known the add says $30000 plus commission that is a lie, commission is not paid until you get 500 paid enrollments which they make sure you never get. They ask you to do 100 calls / day at first it soon rises up to 200. With the owner micromanaging you watching every email and call you make. I believe the way they are going at it they are on the verge of Bankruptcy. Product is so old regurgitated kids safety books that are supposed to be worth $15.00 more like $1.50. They have even stole their logo off Eggies
