So lets start with HR. No responses! Late bonuses (if you get them at all) Upper level has incredibly high turnover. Accounting department has very high turnover which makes it difficult to get bills paid on time. Compliance is over worked and cant get answers back to property level efficiently. Regional managers are overworked with silly reports making it impossible to actually manage.
