The pay and communication, there was a lot back forth with changes

Friendly co-workers and easy commute

This company only cares about making money. Period. They have the shortest appt. times that you will find anywhere with the biggest patient load and lowest pay. Staff is minimal so you will be expected to drown in patients alone. They double book patients and call it a "managers room". Nothing works properly and everything is END OF LIFE. The HVAC doesn't even work most of the time. I have watched dozens of awesome employees leave because of the conditions and Radnet does not care. Decisions are made at coorporate level with zero regard for how it will affect employees and patients, by people with MBAs who have never been techs in their life. They make decisions based off spreadsheets to increase profit margins and that's it. You will not be asked your opinion, you will be expected to follow along quietly. If you do voice your concerns they will be ignored. Just do yourself a favor and don't work here.
