Good people to work for. Very supportive.

Position has a difficult work life balance

Since it is family run, sometimes they let you leave early or do some “fun” things

Like I mentioned previously, it is family run. It’s all nepotism. The family picks their “favorite” employees and makes them part of the fam. Other employees just feel left out and dismissed. There’s the “popular kids” culture. Pay is pretty terrible considering the amount of work you’re required to do and information to memorize. I’ve seen them literally fire people for leaving early sick. Super unprofessional company.
