Pros
Some of the people that I worked with and hired were genuinely nice people. Introduces you to some of the concepts of recruiting and staffing (i.e., job fairs, paperwork, HR policies, and scheduling).
Cons
Long hours (6 days per week, 10+ hours each day), low pay, lied about possibility of overtime. Policies are inconsistent, and can change week to week. No interest in having office employees specialize in what they do best, everyone does everything, and it quickly becomes overwhelming. Company loves to save money, so it does not hire appropriate number of staff to hire workload. No potential for true advancement.
