Social workers stay away - Social Worker Community LIFE Employee Review

Everything! Management is awful and clueless. They have no clue what goes on at the centers. Just use buzz words and jazz hands to encourage staff morale. Literally brought bubbles in for staff to blow to relieve stress instead of you know giving us a living wage. Everything is dumped on social workers to do. You get in trouble for advocating for your clients. You are emailed after hours and expected to respond but not get paid for that. I'm honestly surprised they haven't been shut down and remain open.
