Pros
They offer a lot of time off -at our Christmas party we were gifted a week off for Christmas.
*128 hours paid vacation time, 96 hours paid sick time , 10 paid holidays, 8 hours towards a floating holiday per fiscal year
Their whole office culture is very much geared toward taking care of their people and others. I really loved how they did employee surveys frequently, and continued to address every single common issue among those results.
Hybrid work schedule, at least in my department there was. 3 at home, 2 in office, and if it was storming out they wanted us to work from home.
Cons
I was mentally and emotionally tested every day there. And with it being a non-profit there is little to NO problem solving to do being as that a lot of funding comes from the government.
Low-pay
