Absolutely loved the mission (providing supportive services to homeless veterans) and the organization is always striving - on an H.R. level - to listen to and provide benefits, cultural competency and other amenities. Co-workers were fantastic and schedule flexibility was terrific.

No serious negatives to be had -- other than that career advancement may be limited for some (depending on exact position held).
