Pros
This review is for the corporate headquarters in Franklin, TN. I was paid extremely well and I had plenty of PTO. I really liked my team members and my original hiring manager. Franklin, TN is a lovely city with great schools if you can afford the cost of living.
Cons
This review is for the corporate headquarters in Franklin, TN. Insane levels of turn-over, it's difficult to meet analysts who have been with the company more than 2 years. You are a cog in a giant machine and you are looked at with contempt from some of the senior leadership. Good luck getting anything accomplished, if you need anything different to do your job from the standard analyst package you are on your own. You will be asked to perform work and then not given the appropriate software and tools to do your job. Two analysts on my team actually purchased their own laptops in order to do the work they needed after the official request and approval process stagnated for months. I had to purchase equipment and software licenses without reimbursement in order to do my work. The company is so large it's extremely difficult to find out who to contact in order to get things accomplished. Because of the turn-over you can't look to a senior person as a guide or mentor in order to find out what the appropriate processes are. Documentation and training for new hires is extremely weak. Middle-management is impotent, they are clearly aware of the problems but they have no power to sway policy and behavior at the Director and above levels. I feel bad for the ones I met, they put in really long hours and the stress looks to be affecting their health. New hires are mostly interns and associate analysts, the company won't spend the money to hire experienced individuals.
