Pros
My interactions with the patients and physicians. Worked with professional and dedicated MD's. Who were treated poorly to say the least.
Cons
High turnover , from the top down. Deplorable management with a "fear based" culture. Totally profit driven with little to no concern for the staff , including the physicians, or the patients. My sincere opinion, after 30 plus years of working in the healthcare industry is this: CHS takes pride in "raping healthcare". Avoid all facilities. . .
