Read all reviews. Any positive or semi-positive reviews are from part time or contracted employees. Culture of greed pervasive, starting with the top five who are all busy stuffing their pockets before retirement. Fear is their game. If they can't put their teeth into you, then they'll try to replace you. Valuable, high demand employees leave and not stick around. Administrators sympathetic to their employees are immediately replaced, regardless of how successful they are. Makes Gordon Gecco look tame. Will trend down in revenue (already is) and more than likely fold or sell most assets in 4 years due to value based purchasing payment by CMS being instituted (get paid for quality of care). More than likely the top 5 will sail into the sunset by then. DOCS, stay away!! Uniform contracts all designed for maximum control and enslavement. Go ahead, have it reviewed by a lawyer...
