Pros
Very friendly atomsphere and environment. Employees are very conscientious about patient care because of high percentages needed from patient assessments. Hospital floors are usually very quiet.
Cons
Had a very good experience of really loving what I did and found the work-life balance suitable. Like many hospitals today their concern is about making enough profit to sustain operations. My particular job saw a high percentage in turnover of patients in and then out of the hospital. This keeps the hospital employees very busy in maintaining high patient occupancy.
