Pros
Secure Building, nice offices
Cons
Once CHS took over the FL Hospitals, it became too big for its britches. Basically, everyone was handed double or sometimes triple the workload. Expectations were very high from management, while they gallivanted around going to lunches and getting paid well. Once Q was in place and hospitals were shifted, then they started moving around employees to go work there. After those employees left, the current employees were left doing two to three peoples jobs at a time because CHS was too cheap to hire anyone in their places. There was zero compensation for the work added and they only gave people 1% to possibly 2% raises while other higher ups were making 200K a year and still getting their bonuses. This company was an utter disaster to work for.
