Pros
PTO Plan is pretty good, they also give 10 paid holidays a year. Management is usually flexible with start times as the commute to Franklin from the surrounding areas of Nashville is a struggle.
Cons
Opportunities for advancement have been greatly limited. Few raises, only able to receive a promotion once during annual raise. Morale has decreased due to the current financial situation.
