Pros
They do encourage upward growth and education. There is lots of opportunity to move laterally within the company . Although you never feel like a number, the company is big and is undergoing constant growth and change. They are all about metrics, tickets you close , the speed of closure , resolution status and customer .
Cons
There are so many hoops to jump through for validation of merit raises and everyone is treated the same regardless of effort and job commitment. They often do nothing to keep their best resources and are happy to retrain without focusing on building from within. Healthcare benefits are not great very expensive coverage and very limited .
