Pros
Benefits are about average. Payment process is ok. Local hospital employees are excellent to work with, hard working and dependable. The local employees of the CHS hospitals try to be patient focused.
Cons
Corporate and Executive Leadership seem to be dollar focused, not patient focused. They would benefit by changing the way they do business by being more people focused, both employees and patients.
