My coworkers are the reason I stayed in my department. I love what I do, my job is constant and the one department that deals with EVERY department.
Cons
THEY DO NOT WANT TO PAY TO KEEP UP WOTH THE COST OF LIVING. If you are an hourly employee, you’re getting crumbs. This is a MULTI BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY. I swear we get paid like it’s a mom and pop corner store. They don’t want to give fair raises.
