*excellent training program for new grads *competitive pay offered *best staff I have ever worked with Only reason I am not a current employee is due to family relocating.
Cons
Not many cons that I can think of, as I have worked at places that were horrible. There is typical drama and problems that may happen on the units, as you would experience at any job.
