Pros
The medical practice was steady and stable. It was also within a decent driving distance. It was a nice office setting. Insurance was pretty good.
Cons
The particular work setting was less than desirable. Very close confines. The co-workers were not very friendly (except for 2-3). A lot of gossip (this is pretty normal).
