Pros
Dedicated staff, benefits good, No major issues with management. Work environment clean and organized. Support staff excellent. Compensation on par for market for RN. Somewhat sluggish rate increase each year. When short staffed nursing staff works hard to pull together and staff unit safely. Patient population nice to work with.

Occasional staffing issues No upward mobility Management can micromanage at times Communication at times can be sparing When short staffed people are made to feel guilty for not picking up extra hours
