      Pros

      Nice bonuses from the hospital. I never felt like I was in over my head with the job. Considerably more manageable than other third shift positions out there with a nice shift differential.

      Cons

      On third shift you work by yourself and you'll need to bring a lunch as nothing will be open at 3am.
