Pros
My peers and coworkers, and the patients are the only pros. I DREAD going to work each day. Too much stress on my home life.
Cons
Little room for advancement, minimal raises, pay less than other Indianapolis hospitals. Anyone who advocates for their coworkers is likely to get fired. If you are lazy and kiss your supervisor's butt, you will be promoted.
