Great CEO, good pay, good benefits, worked at excellent school system , great co-workers overall who care about their clients and just want to focus on them and provide good care

Some managers are poorly trained with little to no experience in holding people accountable and/or dealing with ethical issues Management wants to be “ liked” versus “respected” and can’t stand up for what is right Major focus on productivity and “well worded (vs accurate) documentation” for reimbursement instead of the best needs of the client/kids/families Honest feedback is not encouraged and promotes an environment of “tell the boss what they want to hear” Poor training among members of management regarding trauma informed care Lack of trust in management as their views change from day to day based on who is in the room/no consistency from day to day
