Wonderful staff members on the unit. Everyone works smoothly together to get the job done. Great team work. Director and manager's very caring and supportive to make a great work environment.
Cons
Strick attendance policy. 1 minute late and your trady. Where as other surrounding hospitals give you at least a 5 minute grace and no occurance.
