Excellent company to work. Excellent management and good flow of patients. Dental clinics look as good as private practices and dental materials used are as good as private practice as well.

Mostly Medicaid patients, so treatment can be limited to insurance coverage.

The company does wonderful work for the community.

It's clear in the past two years that the company has changed very much and morale and down. The financial aspects seem to be leaning toward typical selfish non-profit top tier money gain while bottom employees are stretched thin for little. When money comes in it is not making sense why the expenditures are helping to provide for better staffing in the lower tiers rather than management.
