      Pros

      Hardly any pros. I appreciate the friends that I made while there. They were my support system while working for such a toxic organization. I worked specifically for the Weitzman Institute of CHC.

      Cons

      The senior leadership are really toxic. They show favoritism towards certain staff and they are very condescending and rude. They treat staff like they are invisible. Don't be fooled...for an organization that is supposed to stand for fairness and integrity, they really lack that. I'm happy to be far away from this place.

      - company culture - collaboration - somewhat good health benefits

      Cons

      - hard to get promoted - instability: company based on grants so many positions can be terminated based on that - no events for staff, like holiday parties or end of the year bonus
