Pros

Changes have been made since they were CATS, and that saved the company from dissolving. Some of the staff have good relationships with the members of the community that use their services and really want to help.

Cons

Operations are different all over the company. There is no emphasis on real training, so many positions aren't trained at all. People at different levels in the company don't communicate. Older employees are stuck in old ways, that includes entry level up to executive staff. It is very hard to get lasting change. The frontline staff aren't busy enough, they get bored and that makes gossip and dissatisfaction grow. Sitting in a chair and looking at your phone for six hours is not a good look. Talking trash about residents or coworkers too. Staff at different programs need to know the people like them in the company and get time to talk, give feedback to the company and ask for change, because sometimes they think they're the only person dealing with a problem.There are too many times that the wheel is reinvented, because people leave or die or move... and nobody knows what they did or how they did it.

Every aspect of this company’s management is lazy, racist & corrupt. The union ignores its members seeking help to navigate the systemic harassment of this company.
