      I cannot even comprehend to say anything positive about the environment of this place.

      Cons

      No professional training for new grads, preceptors slept on the job, yelled at you for asking questions, smoked in the lunch room, yelled at patients, holes in the wall, never had proper resources, bullying atomsphere, just no real professionalism.
