      The employees there are awesome.

      Cons

      Management can't handle the job, you have to be extremely flexible to their scheduling (like taking a three hour lunch and coming back to close), and they're generally just completely out of touch with their workers.

      Pros

      Bill Lawton, president and CEO, is great! Very approachable and kind.

      Cons

      Brand policing! They take the idea of branding to an insane level, nitpicking at even the smallest "violations". It made the work environment very uncomfortable. They even have secret audit days where a team goes around looking for things they can cite you for. It would have been nice if the same commitment was used to applaud the work we did on a regular basis. Lots of turnover with tellers.
