      Great management If you are in the right Management will have your back and defend you 100%. If you mess up you will get a disciplinary action and then it is done, their is no animosity towards what was done. you got your hand slapped , now lets go to lunch.

      away from home for long periods. Low pay.

      really nice teens, super independent position, perfect for independent go getters with ideas for connecting to foster youth, super good starting point to pivot into other related roles

      Cons

      too independent, lack of guidance for those new in the role, driving a lot around los angeles
