Old Texas med clinic was awesome , ever since ccp took over it’s been terrible. These morons cut our benefits, cut our hours drastically , then tell us to use our pto to make up for it. Some of us depend on pto for personal events not bc you don’t want to pay us . They told us to go get unemployment for our cut hours , but the way our pay dates are set up it’s not even possible. We are overworked and they have cut staffing down to only 2 people, and if you been to a tmc you would know we are extremely busy. Not to mention they took away holiday pay for certain holidays. No employee appreciation anymore. They’re just cheap as hell and only care about reviews and money. They could care less about their employees that need to survive. They really have the audacity to encourage us to celebrate spirit week after all their bs. Celebrated what exactly? Their failures? Please.
