      Good pay and decent hours. If you like having a 3-4 hour break and then going back to work.

      The people can be a little childish. Kinda like school certain people grouping up.

      Great coworkers, fair management and plenty of chances to make extra money. Pay is also above industry average.

      Everyone is part-time, so no health insurance.

      Work with Special Needs children; schedule is based on school year schedules and have summers and weekends off; able to obtain your Class B CDL license

      Cons

      Can work long days due to doing multiple routes; never with the same driver due to people quitting their job; quick turn over rate
