      Co-workers are great! Builds a family!

      Cons

      Leadership is power hungry. Don’t care what anyone else says. Can’t question status quo. Rewards only other people in leadership. The busy bees are never recognized or spoken in to. Cares way to much about the CBC brand, numbers and money.

      Community, encouraging work environment, and you get to serve Jesus with the talents you've been given. As a job!

      Not totally a con, but God is doing a great work at CBC, and we are growing fast, so it's important to keep up!
