the company is still struggling to get proper system in place, it can be chaotic. also pay for a lot of the frontline jobs is too low given the nature of the work they do, which makes it hard to recruit

Flexible with school schedules, plenty of supervisor communication and rewarding work experience

Cons

Cases can be quite challenging at times, High BT turn over rate and alot of driving unless you are able to land a school case
