Great Company for entry level BCBA - BCBA Clinical Supervisor Community Autism Services Employee Review

Pros

If you are salaried, the stress of scheduling isn't as bad and they are very considerate about keeping travel to a minimum. BCBAs and Behavior Technicians can provide virtual sessions to clients who qualify which is also very beneficial and makes it great for parents.

Cons

Not great for new RBTs

Thank you for your positive review and for recognizing our training and regional support—our team works hard to create a strong clinical foundation. We understand your concerns about retention, wages, and hours, and we are continually evaluating ways to strengthen stability and support for our staff. We appreciate the meaningful work you do every day.
