      I’ve been with this agency for over 10 years. They give tremendous opportunities for growth and really care about supporting staff and providing the highest quality services.

      Cons

      You have to be adaptable and expect change. If you aren’t prepared for that, you will be disappointed.

      Flexible with school schedules, plenty of supervisor communication and rewarding work experience

      Cons

      Cases can be quite challenging at times, High BT turn over rate and alot of driving unless you are able to land a school case
