Experience, you will see quite a bit and do a lot of your skills (if you are on the right truck)

If you are on the wrong truck - you will run the whole shift while some trucks never take an out of town and do 1 to your 3 runs. Lots of out of town transports, some are a 3 hour one way trip.

Straight forward jobs. Working with other people. Overtime available if you have good relationships with management. Finishing early and getting paid full salary.

Extremely damaged & Poorly maintained vehicles. Unsafe vehicles and lights on dashboard often means nothing. Poor management. Management forcing you and being power freaks and bossy. Favouritism by management. Lack of leadership. No respect coming from management. Uneducated/ unprofessional management ( most of them have no clue) Extremely unfair HR. No recognition for your good work at all. Seems like if you say no once, they try to get rid of you as they want slaves rather than a team.
