Pros

The benefits package Interacting with the clients

Cons

Where do I even begin? The management are so disconnected from reality it's insane. The only person at the Stillwater office that knows what they are doing or what they are talking about is the director Sherri Reed. All of the PC's sit on their butts in the office on their phones and rarely communicate with their in house staff and when they do, it's 99% of the time them calling and screaming at them over the phone or accusing them of lying about something. In the past, there have been clients that female staff have not wanted to work with due to them being sexually suggestive towards them and yet the staff were told to suck it up by the PC's because there were "no more openings available". I also worked for the Lawton branch of the same company and it is, if you can even imagine it, a hundred times worse than the Stillwater branch. The Stillwater branch at least have a plan going forward and after several days of going back and forth will finally be able to get everyone going in the same direction. The Lawton branch has no plan, no one in management is willing to pull their weight in the houses so that their house managers can actually get some sleep. HM's are bullied into pulling multiple DAY LONG shifts because no one wants to come in and cover them and yet as soon as the pay checks are issued they get their butts handed to them by their PCs for "hogging all the hours".

Pros

Overtime available. Build relationships with service recipients.

Cons

They don't listen to staff. Getting a raise is like pulling teeth. They expect you to go above and beyond but don't even communicate with in home staff. You're very overworked and underpaid. If you don't pick up extra hours they will find a way to fire you. And leave the other staff scrambling to do anything but work. Don't expect to have a family or social life. There are people in the office who do not listen to staff concerns brush them off and when it's said staff is overworked they've said "no one wants to work" as the reason they can't hire or keep employees.
