Pros
They seem to have a reputation for doing positive things
Cons
The company is unique because of the deep involvement of the CEO in the most mundane details of every department. Her obsessive level of control shows intolerance for individuality or independent thought. If you agree with the groupthink and are willing to put your own wellbeing aside for the sake of the company, you will be rewarded, but if you raise any issues you will be punished. Staff are only valuable if they show loyalty. The CEO runs everything and if you’re on the wrong side of her you will feel hostility from your own supervisor. Tasks will become vague and your role will be impossible to fulfill. Far from receiving support, you will be blamed for things out of your control. Senior management are in on the cult and behave like robots. It’s a psychologically unsafe workplace.
